At Starburst Summer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and tagged sports apparel. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products show no signs of outdoor wear or use.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
